Hi, I'm Hannah Mayhorn!
Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition, Clinical Herbalist, and Certified Health Coach
Are you tired of not being listened to, taken seriously, or helped? Chasing symptoms with no relief? Searching for answers? Feeling like your health is a constant source of stress in your life?
I know the burning desire to take charge of your health and do whatever it takes to help your body heal and feel better. Wary of doctors who haven’t listened or helped time and after time, you turn to research and become your own healthcare professional in hopes of finding the answers and healing you have been searching for so earnestly.
Yet, I also know it is exhausting to bear the burden alone and attempt to do it all yourself.
A Holistic Nutrition Professional like myself can be a vital ally for people who are struggling with chronic illness and autoimmune diseases by addressing the root causes of their conditions.
That’s ultimately why I decided to pursue higher education and clinical experience in holistic health and wellness.
Together, we can explore potential contributing factors such as environmental triggers, poor nutrition, toxins, chronic stress, dysbiosis of the gut microbiome, mucosal immunity (ie. intestinal barrier compromise), infections, sedentary lifestyle, genetic components, and more, how these may be impacting your health, and what you can do about it.
My passion is to help people who are struggling with their health learn how to truly nourish and care for their body and soul.
Big change happens when you are able to grow confident in your ability to connect with your intuition and trust that you can give your body the resources it needs to begin to heal.
My approach begins with a comprehensive intake assessment and a lot of active listening.
From there, I provide a personalized nutrition plan with a focus on anti-inflammatory foods, nutrient density, gut health, listening to the body’s cues, and support for the body’s natural detoxification processes, which are essential for immune function and overall well-being.
I also provide dietary supplement recommendations and an herbal protocol that’s customized uniquely for you, as well as work with you on techniques to improve areas of your lifestyle such as stress, physical activity, and sleep.
By focusing on whole, nutrient-dense foods, phytonutrient-rich herbs, and realistic lifestyle adjustments, I empower you to address the root causes of your symptoms.
Partner with me on your journey, and I can help you develop balanced, sustainable habits that promote healing and support your journey towards long term wellness and vitality.
I offer a complimentary (20-minute) discovery call for prospective clients who would like to find out if I’m the right fit for their healthcare needs.
